A. Temporary U.S. Work Authorization for Foreign Nationals

B. Business and Professional Employment-based Immigrant Visa
Immigrant visa applications are divided into two categories: (1) individuals who may acquire a green card without numerical limitations, and (2) individuals subject to yearly numerical limitations (quotas). There are three divisions of these categories: family-based, employment- based, and diversity immigrant.
